The Lakefront residence
The living area, in a certain sense, represents the distilled essence of the home. The light-filled volume of this space displays a carefully curated collage of colours, patterns, and plush materiality.

The rustic- inspired deck hosts an array of wooden rafters across the ceiling, petite seating, a lush vertical garden, and a bijou bar counter. Decked in patterned tiles across its fascia, the counter is topped with a grey marble slab. A sprightly blue frog ceramic artefact is one of our favourite additions in the space.
The foyer wall turns around the room’s perimeter, leading to the kitchen. The wall has been topped off by a slim pelmet installation, harnessing the rails for the kitchen’s sliding door inconspicuously. Crafted in grey quartz stone and gilded legs, the eight-seater dining table is complemented by greige suede chairs resting atop black and brass-tipped legs. A champagne-hued crockery credenza lines the space.
The family room transports one into a cocoon of serenity and comfort, headlined predominantly by Bohemian accents. This room intentionally deviates from the overruling aesthetic of the home and takes on a relaxed and minimalist demeanour. But, more importantly, this space anchors many roles; it doubles up as a guest bedroom, a space for recreation, meditation, and a television lounge with ease.
